ABOUT
House of Creatives Music Festival hit the shores of Miami Beach on November 18th and 19th, 2016. In a world in which new music festivals have become rashly commoditized, House of Creatives Music Festival is different.
HOC Fest immersed music fans and cultural innovators in a vibrant festival setting that was a first of its kind in the Miami region. Set against the backdrop of the expansive crystal clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean along pristine North Miami Beach, the festival is an extension of the burgeoning international cultural hub that is Miami, embodying the intersection of art, beauty, and all around good vibes.
The lineup boasted top-tier international artists including The Flaming Lips, Crystal Castles, Cold War Kids, Breakbot, The Drums, Kevin Garrett, Jean Tonique, Shigeto, Empress Of + many more.
MY ROLE
My role as Director of Marketing included bringing festival awareness through a full scale marketing campaign, including social media, college, non-commercial + commercial alternative radio efforts, digital media buying, street team marketing tactics, and wheat-pasting. Throughout this campaign, I analyzed Google Analytics, Facebook and Native Ad results, and Retargeting efforts to confidently make decisions on target audiences and successful social media A/B testing.
